Is Avero legitimate?

Avero Lifestyle runs prize competitions with a published draw process: every competition shows its prize, inclusions, entry price and draw date up front, draws are conducted live on our social media channels, and results are published on our Winners page. How do Avero competitions work?

Choose a competition, answer the competition question, select how many entries you would like, and complete a secure checkout. When entries close, one entry is selected at random and the winner is contacted personally.

How is the winner selected?

Once entries close, all valid entries are compiled into a single sealed entrant list and one entry is selected at random. The draw is conducted live so it can be watched as it happens, and documentation of the draw is retained.

When is the draw?

Each competition displays its own published draw date and time on its competition page. Draws take place at that published time unless we state otherwise on the page in advance.

How will I know if I've won?

The winner is contacted using the email address and telephone number provided at checkout, normally within 48 hours of the draw. The result is also published on our Winners page.

Are flights included?

Only where the competition says so. Each competition page lists exactly what is included under 'Your escape includes'. If flights are not listed there, they are not part of that prize.

What exactly is included with the holiday?

The inclusions listed on the individual competition page are the complete inclusions for that prize. Anything not listed — for example additional meals, excursions or personal spending — is not included.

Can I choose different travel dates?

Travel dates, blackout periods and booking windows are set out in the terms for each competition. Where flexibility is available, the winner arranges dates with us directly, subject to availability.

What happens if I cannot travel?

Is there a cash alternative?

Cash alternatives are only offered where the terms for that competition expressly say so. Where no cash alternative is stated, none is available.
