All Avero Lifestyle competitions are skill-based prize competitions run in accordance with the UK Gambling Act 2005. To enter, you must select your tickets, answer the skill-based question shown on the competition page, and complete checkout.

Your answer is recorded against your order. If your answer is correct, your entry qualifies for the draw. If your answer is incorrect, your entry will not proceed to the draw, but payment will still be taken. This is clearly stated before checkout. Where multiple tickets are purchased in a single order, the same answer applies to all tickets in that order.

Entries that bypass the skill question, are submitted in bad faith, or are made fraudulently are invalid and will be refunded and excluded from the draw.

Entrants must be aged 18 or over and a legal resident of a country in which entry is not prohibited by applicable law. Employees of Avero Lifestyle and members of their immediate household are not eligible to enter.

By entering, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements. Avero reserves the right to verify entrant identity and to disqualify entries that do not comply.

Each competition has its own ticket price, prize description, entry closing date and maximum number of entries, all of which are clearly displayed on the competition page.

Tickets may be purchased only while the countdown timer is active. Once the timer reaches zero, no further entries are accepted and the draw is conducted.

The winner is selected at random from all valid entries — those with a correctly answered skill question and a successfully completed payment — using a verifiable random selection method, witnessed by an independent representative.

The winner will be notified by email and telephone within 48 hours of the draw and must respond within 14 days to claim the prize. If no response is received, Avero reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.

Prizes are as described on the relevant competition page. All travel dates are subject to availability and seasonal restrictions, and must be booked through Avero's appointed travel partners.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash alternative unless expressly stated otherwise. Personal expenses (including visas, additional meals, and incidentals) are the responsibility of the winner.

Ticket purchases are non-refundable once the entry has been processed, except where required by applicable consumer law, or where a competition is cancelled before the draw, in which case all entrants will be refunded in full.

Entrant data is collected, stored and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use your information only to administer competitions, fulfil prizes, comply with our legal obligations and (with your consent) send marketing updates. You may withdraw consent at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avero Lifestyle excludes liability for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment arising from a competition, a prize, or any inability to accept or enjoy a prize. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
